It isn't a best bottle in the cellar night, in my opinion. Unless of course you're a wine geek with other wine geeks. Most of us mortals are sharing the table with folks drinking beer in koozies. In that milieu, I certainly wouldn't turn down Huet sec. But I might rue someone busting out something truly irreplaceable.
